Dr. Oz, Oprah's OWN Personal Health Guru, has stated humans pass gas on average 14 times per day. God help the good people of Malawi. In an effort to mould more responsible and disciple citizens, new legislation is being introduced that will make it illegal to pass gas in public. Most think the flatulence clause stinks if you'll pardon the pun. Makes sense to me. Perhaps the TTC should pass a similar law.
You can carry a lethal weapon, cause a public disturbance, deceive witnesses and destroy evidence but don't you try and slip one past Malawi's finest.
Stranger things have happened. In 2009, Ontario's transportation minister aided in creating legistation that would fine a person caught picking their nose while driving. If caught I suppose one could plead the suspected "pick" was merely a "scratch" which is basically a pick with no penetration.
Finally, if your kid burps in a Nebraska church you could be arrested.
