Wouldn't It Be Great If Everybody Had A Gun?

My condolences go out to the families of the victims of the senseless shootings in Tucson, Arizona this past weekend. Twenty people were shot, six fatally, including a nine year old girl, (who incidentally was born on September 11, 2001) and Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, who was meeting with constituents at a Safeway Supermarket parking lot in Casas Adobes. Giffords, the Democratic member of the House of Representatives for Arizona’s 8th congressional district, was said to be the main target of the attack. She was shot at point blank range and remains in critical condition. In custody is 22 year old Jared Lee Loughner. It came as no surprise that, like most killers, Jared too had three distinct names. (I.e. John Wilkes Booth, Lee Harvey Oswald, Mark David Chapman to name a few)

In November of 2010, Jared purchased the gun used in the massacre at Sportsman’s Warehouse in Tucson, which carries only top-quality brand-name products for the outdoor enthusiast and potential killers of congresswomen and young children.

Sportsman’s Warehouse staff are more than eager to assist just about anyone with the purchase of a gun. Just answer a simple skill testing question and you will be out the door with your weapon of choice. Question A: If Eric Harris and Dyan Klebold killed 12 students and one teacher at Columbine and Seung-Hui Cho killed 32 at Virginia Tech, how many people in total were killed? Part 2: How many people do you intend to kill? “

Not to make light of this people but it is easier to purchase a gun in the good old U.S. of A than it is to get your driver’s license. And I should know because I failed my test twice. A gun I can get.
